Reservations:

  • The customer acknowledges having the capacity to contract, i.e. in particular having legal majority and capacity.
  • The reservation is validated once the reservation email has been sent and received by the customer. In addition, the latter must provide all the necessary information concerning the performance of the activities (weight and height, etc.)
  • For the registration of a group of at least 4 people and in order to confirm your participation in the activity, it may be requested to pay a deposit of an amount equivalent to 30% of the total amount of the service. The balance must be paid to us on the day of the activity.
  • When booking, it is important to specify the exact number of participants, along with their heights and weights. In the event of incorrect information, the instructor reserves the right to refuse any additional participants, or those who have not correctly indicated their height and weight.
  • As part of a group or registration for several people, the subscriber undertakes to make known and approve the general conditions of reservations, as well as the description of the activities chosen to all participants.
  • For institutional groups, an estimate will be sent by email on request. It is necessary to return this signed estimate at least 15 days before the date of activity. The signed quote acts as a reservation.
  • The Contract takes effect concomitantly with the validation of the reservation between the customer and Entre2nature. It ends at the end of the activity chosen by all the participants of the group, described in the reservation.

Obligation of Entre2nature towards the client and the participants:

  • Following the Customer’s reservation, Entre2nature undertakes to send a message by email: summary of the reservation request, specifying the information relating to the group as well as the total cost of the service.
  • Entre2nature undertakes to respond as soon as possible, with a reservation validation message by email, to validate or invalidate the reservation request, including a meeting place and time. This obligation disappears if there is no receipt of this message for reasons beyond its control (internet connection, SPAM, etc.).
  • Once the reservation has been validated by email, Entre2nature undertakes to make every effort to provide the services that the customer has reserved.
  • Entre2nature undertakes to provide the appropriate technical equipment to all participants in the activity.
  • Entre2nature has an obligation of means but no obligation of results. Entre2nature cannot guarantee the realization of a perfect service, but will make every effort to achieve it.

Cancellations:

  • Any cancellation by the customer must be reported 7 days in advance, so that the refund of the deposit is possible. After this period, the deposit is not refunded.
  • For any change in the date of the activity, it is necessary to notify entre2nature 7 days in advance. After this time, and if it is impossible to change the scheduled date, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • The instructor can cancel the activity in case of force majeure. The customer will then be reimbursed in full, but without any compensation. Changes to the program due to bad weather conditions, the state of physical fitness or the aptitude of the participants are the responsibility of the instructor supervising the outing. Only the latter is responsible for initiating, continuing or stopping the activity.
  • Cancellation at the initiative of the client/participants: in the event of cancellation between 7 Days and 72 hours before the outing, Entre2nature reserves the right to request cancellation compensation of up to 30%. In the event of cancellation less than 72 hours before the activity, Entre2nature reserves the right to request full payment for the chosen activity.
  • For group reservations, if there are fewer participants than expected, the organizer must inform Entre2nature at least 72 hours before the date of the activity. Otherwise, any reserved place is due.
  • A refund is made only if the participant is unable to perform the activity, upon presentation of a medical certificate. This reimbursement concerns only the person named in the said certificate.
  • Legal proceedings could be initiated in the event of non-payment of the sums due (depending on the service chosen in canyoning, climbing, via ferrata, adventure course or cancellation compensation).

Participation:

  • The participants undertake to respect the safety instructions which will be transmitted to them by the professional instructor responsible for the group, throughout the duration of the service.
  • The customer agrees that he and all the participants in the group are in good physical condition for the practice of the activities.
  • For canyoning descents, it is essential to know how to swim and be able to immerse yourself.
  • Minors over 12 years old, unaccompanied by an adult during the activity, must present parental authorization.
  • Participants must not present any medical contraindication in the chosen activity, if this is minimal, it will be imperative to notify the instructor before the descent.
  • Participants agree not to be under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or other medications, which may affect their ability to understand and their physical capacity. Participants are responsible for taking medication for the duration of the service.
  • A meeting time is systematically communicated whatever the service and you are asked to get there with your means of transport. The monitors tolerate a delay of up to 15 minutes. Beyond that, they can decide to go into business after this period.
  • Entre2nature services begin at the start of the approach walk to go to the place of activity (when leaving the car park where the vehicles are parked), and end at the end of the return walk (either on this same car park or on a 2nd location as it can be done in canyoning).

Terms of payment:

  • The participants undertake to pay the service in full at the end of it. The Client is responsible for the payment of all participants in his group (between whom there is joint payment) and undertakes to cover the possible failure and non-payment of one or more of the participants.
  • Any reduction cannot be maintained in the event of cancellation of one of the reserved days, or in the event of withdrawal by one or more people in the group.

Billing:

  • The instructors produce an invoice for each of their outings on which appear the contact details and the Siret number of the instructor who intervened. In the case of an agreement involving several monitors, each speaker will provide his invoice corresponding to his frames.

Assurance:

  • Each instructor has a civil liability covering the supervision of his activities. Any information relating to the insurance conditions can be provided on request.
  • Each participant must be insured for civil liability. It is advisable for each practitioner to have an “individual accident insurance”.

Gift vouchers:

  • The gift voucher is personal and is valid for 1 year from the date it is issued.
  • The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
  • The activity of the gift voucher can be replaced by another activity provided that the value of the latter is less than or equal to the activity mentioned on the gift voucher. On the other hand, it is possible to carry out an activity of a higher amount by paying the difference.

Miscellaneous :

  • Entre2nature is not responsible for objects carried by participants throughout the duration of the service (mobile phone, watch, go pro, cameras, etc.).
  • In canyoning, cans whose absolute tightness cannot be guaranteed are reserved for the instructor’s personal effects (pharmacy kit, means of communication, etc.).
  • Entre2nature cannot be held responsible for the degradation of a customer’s equipment carried away by the instructor in his container.
  • Entre2nature declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage to personal property in the car park and in the customer’s vehicle.
  • “Image rights”: all the images of the participants (photographs or videos) taken during the service by the instructor, may be used by Entre2nature, with the tacit agreement of the persons filmed or photographed, provided that they do not are neither degrading nor demeaning.

Litigation: Consumer Mediation

  • In the event of a dispute between the Customer and the company, they will endeavor to resolve it amicably (the Customer will send a written complaint to the Customer Relations Department of the Manufacturer or that of the Seller).
  • In the absence of an amicable agreement or in the absence of a response from the professional within a reasonable period of one (1) month, the Consumer Customer within the meaning of Article L.133-4 of the Consumer Code has the possibility of If a disagreement persists, refer it free of charge to the competent mediator registered on the list of mediators drawn up by the Consumer Mediation Evaluation and Control Commission pursuant to Article L.615-1 of the Consumer Code.
