We offer three via-ferrata to discover these joys of verticality. Two near Montpellier (30 to 40 minutes) and one further on the side of Millau, for its change of scenery.

Via ferrata of Thaurac, near Montpellier
Close to Montpellier, this via-ferrata is located in the gorges of the Hérault. With many air and underground passages, it is one of the most beautiful in the region.
Via ferrata of Vidourle, between Nîmes and Montpellier
On the borders of the Gard and Montpellier, this via-ferrata is located on the banks of the Vidourle. The originality of this route lies in its crossing over the water.
Via ferrata of Liaucous, near Millau
More distant from Montpellier, it is located between Millau and the gorges of the Tarn, for two courses, of different difficulty. A dizzying atmosphere on the program.

Organization of your via-ferrata trip
The via ferrata is a vertical hike
First of all, it is necessary to contact us in order to reserve a slot for your via-ferrata outing. For this, you can reach us on 06 81 72 23 78 or send us an email via our “CONTACT PAGE“.
During your via-ferrata outing, you will be accompanied by a qualified instructor in climbing. All the essential technical equipment will be provided, including a safety harness, via-ferrata lanyards and a helmet.
For your part, you need to bring a pair of sneakers, a sports outfit, a small backpack, a snack, a bottle of water (about 1.5l for 2) and sunscreen if we are in summer .
We will send you the meeting place near the via-ferrata by email (you can also find it on the map on the corresponding page). You will find your instructor there who will equip you on site and take you all along the via-ferrata.
The journey time varies according to the via-ferrata, but also according to other factors such as the size of the group, its level of ease … But as a general rule, it takes around 3 hours between equipment and dis-equipment .
Payment is made on site in cash or by check. Please note, there are no distributors on site. If you wish, you can also pay by bank transfer a few days before.

The via ferrata, literally meaning “railroad”, is a route that is therefore halfway between climbing and hiking. Unlike climbing, these sports routes are equipped with a safeline and many specific metal elements: rungs, rungs, bridges, zip lines, monkey bridge, Nepali bridge … This equipment, sealed in permanence in the rock, allows to progress along the cliff.
